This article is devoted to the development of methodology for long-term scenarios for the Sverdlovsk region. The article revealed the approaches and methods of scenario development, the main estimates for the period until 2020.

This article is about methodical recommendations of the definition results of the innovation strategy realization on the coal industry territories. Also author reviwed four stages in this paper: the first stage is a based on the using the metodical approaches of the factor and normative analysis which are letting to determine the system of the representative social and economical indicators. The second stage is based on the using of the quality-quantitative parameters which are letting to diagnostic the social and economical territorial states. The third stage is based on the using the social and economical monitoring which is system organized and letting to see a strategy realization. The article covers different aspects of innovations introduction in credit organization of Kurgan area. The author specifies a concept of innovation in the narrow and wide sense. Two clusters of innovations in the region were defined based on the studied scholars’ opinions on the problem of innovations introduction. The first cluster is specified in terms of subjects (banks, clients, the Bank of Russia and Government of Russian Federation) and the second cluster is defined in terms of different types of innovations. This paper presents an estimation procedure of regional labor market influence on sustainability of internal labor market institutions. The paper refines the categories of regional and internal labor market. Internal labor market institutions have been classified and evaluated regarding the level of their sustainability (basing on cases of the Sverdlovsk region city-forming enterprises). As a result the model of labor expenses evaluation is elaborated for enterprises concerned.
