The article is devoted to research of innovative managerial processes by the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex. It is analyzed situations in the market of the intellectual property in Russia at the moment. The basic requirements to an automated workplace of heads and experts are formulated. Features of an automated workplace of a livestock specialist are considered and the algorithm of the decision of the problems connected to formation of an optimum diet of cattle is offered.
