The article describes innovation development of the federal districts of the Russian Federation and the regions of the South Federal District on the basis of innovation activity of their enterprises, internal R@D costs, the number of created and used advanced manufacturing technologies and the share of high-tech export in the total commodity export. Having analyzed comprehensive statistical data the author determined the share of innovation activity of the enterprises of the South Federal District, ranked the regions of the South Federal District in accordance with the above-mentioned characteristics and determined the ways of stimulation of innovation activity both at the regional and federal levels.

The process of synchronization of greater and small waves of real gross national product of the USA and a total regional product of the Chelyabinsk area is shown on the materials of economic statistics. The conclusion about defining influence of dynamics of real gross national product of the USA on the basic macroeconomic parameters of the Chelyabinsk area owing to high dependence of its economy on export of metal products is done from here. It is evidently shown, that the modern world economic crisis quite keeps within the theory of greater cycles of an economic conjuncture of N.D. Kondratyev. To greater cycles of a total regional product of the Chelyabinsk area there correspond return greater cycles of inflation and unemployment.

In the article the new conceptual approach in the marketing, connected with studying process of development and acceptance of strategy of social marketing by the charitable organization and its influence on increase of an overall performance of the organization is presented. The attention is separately paid to the description of the factors defining features of realization of strategy of social marketing in the charitable organization. Authors consider the scheme of socially-marketing strategy of the charitable organization, its components are opened. Results of development and realization of model of strategy of social marketing are presented to networks of the charitable organizations "Hesed" (Mercy), located in by Ural and Volga region.

This paper analyses some results of small business development in the Russian Federation. Researches are based on the statistical data characterizing small business in the regions during the last years. The basic attention is given to the consideration of the most important parameter – quantity of small enterprises workers. Three hypotheses describing distribution of this parameter are considered. Results of the regression analysis and the received equations are given. Volumes of output in small business, including by kinds of activity (branches) are considered. Research results can be used by suggesting and creating of offers on perfection of small enterprises activity.

In the article the questions of prognostication of tax revenues of budget at the regional level are examined. The theoretical aspects of tax prognostication are investigated, its significance is substantiated. Two basic variants of practical work organization on tax prognostication on regional level are described. Is carried out the analysis of tax prognostication experience in one of the largest regions of Russian Federation - Sverdlovsk region, the key tendencies and problems are revealed. Recommendations regarding the improvement of tax prognostication in the region are substantiated.

Ecological situation about one of leading enterprises of Russia - “Sredneuralsk copper-smelting works» joint-stock company as a member of Urals mining-metallurgical holding company is considered.
