ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY OF RESOURCE ENSURING OF MONITORING OF TARGET PROGRAMS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

In the course of transition to management of results most sharply there are problems of complex monitoring of use of resources and the reached results within the limits of all budgetary cycle.
