Abstract References

The article has considered the influence of the investment climate of the municipalities to create the quality of human resources. The main indicators which characterize the degree of attraction of the investment of the local area is selected. The main attention is given to the analysis of the investment climate of Balakovo municipality (Saratov region) on formation the qualitative descriptions of the population constantly living on its territory.
