The article is devoted to research of processes of full-fledged entering of the domestic industrial enterprises in the international division of labour, absence of the system-defined and situational approach to an estimation of potential of foreign trade activities in economy with transformational processes, practical complexities of realization of the state-private partnership concept as element of the state industrial policy of the countries in conditions of globalization.
