REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES OF SUBJECT OF RUSSIA – NEW INSTITUTE OF REGIONAL POLICY

The development of Russian state system, transformation of socio-economic relationships lead to the necessity of creation of new institutes of conducting effeñtive regional policy. One of such instruments are representative offices of regions in other subjects of Russia and out of Russia. Complex of causes led to creation of one of the first ïðåäñòàâèòåëüñòâ of Tatarstan in Ekaterinburg – center of large economic region. 10 years of work of representative offices à showed its regulative role in consolidation of regions in economy of Russia and necessity of enlarging its functions.
