THE PROBLEMS OF FOREST RELATIONS REGULATION

The problems of forest use are considered in the article. The forestry-estimation characteristics of Ural region forests is given. The results of analysis of Urals forest industry complex work are given. The mechanism of state regulation of forest use, reproducing, security and care relations in Russian Federation as a part of state forest policy is written from the view point of the author.
