Abstract References

The analysis of modern problems is carried out and directions of development of a rural labour are proved, special attention is being paid to a female labour. Practical recommendations for modernizing labour and employment management in agriculture are suggested. Trends of state and municipal support of female employment in small business are considered, and methods of estimating efficiency of measures of small business maintenance in countryside are suggested.
