METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT OF TERRITORIAL POLICY ELABORATION IN A SUBJECT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

A topical issue for Russian regional management is studied in the paper: inclusion of municipal entities and urban districts into the process of regional strategic development taking into account available resources. Practice of municipal management in a region is analyzed. The author brings forward a technique of calculation of territories’ economic potential, formulates perspective vectors of development of territorial policy in a region.
