ECONOMIC SAFETY OF THE REGIONS IN TERMS OF THE RECESSION OF THE WORLD ECONOMY

The following article considers new threats and challenges which are appeared as a result of the recession period of the world economy. Authors suggest measures for the safety systems of territories and regions which are necessary for the neutralization of new threats and challenges. Particular attention is required because of the insufficiency of former experience and underestimation of the factor of nonlinearity in economic development.
