In clause the problems of cash service in system "bank – client", reason of failures(refusals) by establishments of Bank of Russia in reception to execution(performance) of the money checks and announcements on a payment in cash are considered(examined), the discrepancy of formats cash êëèåíòñêèõ of the documents to modern technologies and customs of a business revolution is marked. The modification in system of cash service of the clients is offered by the edition of the certain íîðìàòèâíî-legal documents, the opinion expresses, that all this will raise efficiency, culture and quality of service, both in establishments of Bank of Russia, and in credit organizations.
