THE FOOD SECURITY OF THE COUNTRY: PROBLEMS AND DECISIONS

The essence of national food security is determined in this paper. The internal and external threats associated with development of domestic agro-industrial complex and joining the WTO are revealed. A variety of organizational, economic and legislative measures on food security development of the Russian Federation is proved as well.
