USE OF MECHANISMS OF THE PRIVATE-STATE PARTNERSHIP AT FORMATION OF INDUSTRIAL POLICY OF THE PERM EDGE

Necessity of consideration of territorial aspect of regional industrial policy is proved. The analysis of the present stage of formation of the mechanism of state regulation of territorial development on the basis of the private-state partnership is lead. The basic directions of realization of the private-state partnership on an example of the Perm edge are shown.
