INNOVATIVE ASPECT OF INDUSTRIAL POLICY

This paper considers the development of the industrial policy innovative aspect being based on the management of intellectual property subject (OIS) are the most effective factors to determine production efficiency. However, because off being studied not enough they are not practically being used as the innovative factors to provide competitiveness increase for industrial policy subject at the level of the state, region, and enterprises.
