FORMATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTING MECHANISM OF REALIZATION OF STRATEGY OF TECHNOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

The urgency of a substantiation of mechanisms of realization of industrial policy is defined by that the modern practice of their use is represented not to the full effective and system. In this connection the new concept of "the Supplementing mechanism" with reference to realization of technological modernization of an industrial complex of region is offered. The structure and the maintenance of such mechanism are proved.
