STRUCTURAL POLICY − NONALTERNATIVE MEAN OF RUSSIAN ECONOMY MODERNIZATION

The necessity of structural reconstruction of economy on the base of country’s industrial complex modernization is proven. It is shown that the main way of renewing the material base is conducting aim structural policy. In the base of this policy is the realization of priority directions of economical development and use of adequate means of their realization. The mechanisms of activation of its realization are formed.
