DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL ECOLOGICAL POLICY WITH EXAMPLE OF TATAR STAN REPUBLIC

The article is devoted to the problem of regulating the complex exploitation of regional natural resources. In the context of this analysis the author examines the actual regional ecological policy and perspectives of its development, Tatar Stan Republic being taken as an example. A great attention was paid to Russian and international principles and standards in this scope.
