Transformations of mechanisms of corporate management in joint-stock companies of the Urals region are analyzed in the article. The basis of research was made with materials of detailed interviews on problems of corporate management with top-managers of the companies in the period of 2002 and 2004 years. Dominating models of the control over the Ural corporations and their influence on use of mechanisms of corporate management are revealed. Changes, which are undergone with corporate management in the integrated structures are shown. The special attention is given to a problem of managers activity monitoring.
