Article is devoted to development of analytical representation of the transaction function, allowing to predict development institutional environments of managing subjects. Treatments transaction costs, used in the modern economic theory are analyzed, principal causes of their occurrence are opened. The basic dependences transaction costs from parameters of economic systems are allocated. The conclusion about the importance of development of analytical representation transaction functions for forecasting development institutional environments of managing subjects is formulated.

Massive vertical integrated structures show low adaptation to changes taking place in present-day. Therefore restructurisation of the industrial complex has to include application of new forms and principles of economical activity organization. The article is based on institutional analysis of intercompany network organization forms that are using positive cooperation effects and market incentives. Utilization of network structure principles and mechanisms in organization of economical activity is able to promote enterprise effectiveness increase in crisis conditions.
