THEORETICAL BASES OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT

The article deals with theoretical problems of region efficiency managements. In the thesis the main categories of efficiency management theory was specified: “efficiency”, “optimality”, “efficiency management”; efficiency forms classification was developed; the one was placed in the some social and economic levels. Also in the article the necessity of efficiency management in regions was found and the region efficiency management model was offered.
