#2 / 2011 Category: REGIONAL ASPECTS OF MODERNIZATIONThe article represents the results of research devoted to the problem of demand for labour force projection. The two main priorities of Russian economic development — modernization and innovation — are declared as the factors influencing labour market in a rather intrinsic and specific way. The research of dependence between GDP growth rate per occupied in the most developed countries is conducted and shows the positive influence the innovation process imposes on the demand for labour force. The particular problem is proved to be semi-structured. The selforganisation approach to this problem is proposed and helps to detect that the main shaping process of labour market dynamics is industry modernization. The trend of modernization influence on demand for labour force is revealed and taken under consideration while developing the mathematical model, enabling to predict the demand for labour force with not more than 2% mean absolute percentage error.

#4 / 2012 Category: MODERN TOOLS OF ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMIC PROCESSESArticle is devoted to problems of purchase of the electric power in the wholesale market for the industry of Russia. Authors considered the mechanism of pricing and various combinations between the prices of the market for days forward and the prices of the balancing market. Favorable and adverse ratios between the prices of the balancing market and submitted plans for power consumption are revealed. The urgency of forecasting of the industrial power consumption, allowing providing a sustainable development not only power supply systems and the power companies, but also region economy as a whole is proved. Recommendations about improvement of forecasting of the power consumption, based on the account not only the factors defining requirement for the electric power, but also factors considering tendencies of the balancing market are offered. As methods of forecasting sharing of methods of the regression analysis and method of expert evaluations is offered. Results of research will allow to increase accuracy of forecasting and to reduce financial losses not only at level of the concrete enterprises, but also at region level as a whole.

#3 / 2013 Category: BRANCH AND INTERBRANCH COMPLEXESThe article is devoted to the study of peculiarities of power consumption and energy efficiency of the Russian regions. The level of energy efficiency in Russia compared with other countries of the world is analyzed. The indicators of energy consumption and industrial structure of the regions are compared. The dependence of the electricity consumption in the regions and the gross regional product per capita is studied. Based on the made analysis, the map of electricity consumption in the regions demonstrating the high level of differentiation of Russian regions on a level of energy efficiency is formulated. The authors have suggested the recommendations on the selection of priority directions of implementation of energy conservation policy for the subjects of the Russian Federation. On the example of the Chelyabinsk region, the features of realization of the regional program on energy efficiency are considered. The ways of its improvement on the basis of developed are offered by the authors of the matrix electricity consumption. Research results have practical significance and can be used to improve existing regional energy saving programs for individual sectors of the regional economy, and for the regions in general.
